How Private Group Coaching with Bobby Operates
Non-Refundable Minutes™ Group Coaching is an opportunity for you to receive coaching from me, Bobby Castro, my wife Sofia Castro, and my son-in-law Eddie Chesney in a virtual private group setting. There is nothing more valuable than working with people who have been where you are to help get you to where you want to be.
We’ve walked in your shoes. We understand what it takes so now, we are investing our non-refundable minutes to guide you and other like-minded entrepreneurs down the road to success. Let’s embark on this journey together! Here’s how it works:
1. Regular Private Group Calls
3 individual 90-minute phone calls per month with each coach provide the perfect opportunity for us to dive deep into real estate investing, meeting KPI’s, execution strategies, creating and nurturing relationships, leadership skills, and so much more for your personal and entrepreneurial development.
I will also be bringing in 2 additional coaches to add additional value to our calls. My wife Sofia Castro offers massive value in global success, generational wealth, nurturing personal relationships, family, women empowerment, etc. My son in law, Eddie Chesney, offers immense value encompassing real estate, underwriting a deal, adding value to a property, finding a deal, property management, debt coverage, and all the nitty gritty things you need to know to be successful in the real estate space.

2. Access To a Private Community
My team is the best in the business. They will always be on hand to document all our sessions. You will receive follow-up emails with recordings of each call.
Away from your sessions, you’ll have access to a private community with other likeminded individuals whom you can build relationships with and leverage to fuel your growth. You will also have access to the same resources Sophie and I use in our businesses.
3. Accountability = Progress
Between us, we’ll set tasks and target goals for you to achieve, and you’ll be held accountable to achieve them. When it comes to success, the advice and experience you’ll get working with us as coaches is invaluable. I am not interested in taking on a client that is a short-term thinker or thinks results happen overnight, I used to be one of those until I realized why I was constantly failing. What I’m trying to say here is I have zero interest in taking on a client that has no intention of a long-term relationship vs simply quitting after the first few months.
